Notes in Contacts Improved

We have expanded the notes function under contacts with additional fields and a search page to quickly see contact activities.

New Fields

We added the following new fields:

  • Start date – Date of when activity was started with contact. Default set to: current date
  • Start time – Time of when activity was started with contact. Default set to: current date
  • End date – Date of when activity ended with contact. Default set to: current date
  • End Time – Time of when activity ended with contact. Default set to: current date
  • Start Status – Status of contact when activity was started. Default set to: blank or none.
  • End Status – Status of contact when activity was ended, may also be used as outcome. Default set to: blank or none.

The new fields serve to help you keep a detailed journal for each contact and you may track outcome.

Uses

You may use these new fields for:

  • Telemarketing
  • Recording important conversations
  • Track prospect to customer relations

Reporting

Currently there is a new section labeled: Contact Notes where you may search through all notes. We will soon be releasing a performance report to be further useful in creating summary reports.

FSCRater Bridging 3.0 Released

We’ve just released our new version of the bridging process with two important improvements.

Improvements made:

  • Warning when file was not successfully uploaded.
  • Ensure uploaded file is deleted after import.

You may download the latest version. Also included is new instructions on setup and instructions on use.

New Help & Support Section

We’re happy to report we have created this new section you are in now. We hope to expand this with tutorials covering all sections in Control Management System.

In the next coming weeks we will add more videos, tips, tutorials and include downloads to make your experience as effective as possible. Please feel free to report all issues in the Tickets section and make sure you get the latest software in the Downloads section.

Bridging 2.0 To Be Released
